Open the battery compartment andload one AAA7 batteryas directed by
"+"and"-"
Change battery
When the LCD displays Low Battery it indicates
a need of batterychange. Turn offthe machine
before replacing a newbattery.
Turning thepower on/off
The HELLO greeting appearswhen
button is pressed.The length of timefor the
backlight to stay onis depending on userpreference.

VOL+/ VOL-
By pressing VOL+/VOL- button,you could control thevolume under either Playor Pause
mode. The volume steps(see illustration) will increaseor decrease when thenthe VOL+
/VOL- button is pressedcorrespondingly.

Interpreting the message regardingmusic file and voicefile
When in play/stop status,the display will showthe number of musicor voice file, e.g.003. After
the file number isthe current playing timeof the music orvoice file. The totaltime for the music
and voice file isshown at the beginningwhen the file startsplaying (for 1 second)

The operating procedure isthe same as playingnormal music files
Remarks: A-B repeating function can only function in play/stop status. EQ mode can
only be changed by pressing the A-B/EQ button under play/stop/pause status. It cannot
function in recording mode.

Auto search
Press Function button for a whileto auto search andmemorize radio channels.
When the LCDdisplays SFARCH (fig. 1), youcan not cancelits operation until
the auto searchhas finished. Whenthe searching processhas finished, thescreen
will show thefirst channel andhow its frequency(fig. 2). RVHCcan memorize radio
channels as many as32 channels.

the screen. You may now finetune the channel bypress the A-B/EQ button for a while.

Operation of FMfiles in PC
When the USB connectionbetween the mp3 playerand PC has completed,you can find that
there is a foldercalled FM in the player.Inside you can findthe recorded FM files.
Just like other musicfiles, you can rename,copy or delete theRecorded FM files.
Quit FM Tunermode
Press FUNCTION button to quit FMtuner mode and backto music or voicemode.
EQ Configuration: 6 differentEQ modes ( pleaserefer to p13 forconfiguration)
In order to lowerthe power consumption, thismachine is designed toauto power-
off if it hasbeen idled for 1minute.
The default backlight ontime is 10 seconds.When you are operatingthe player,
the backlight will turnon for 10 seconds.

Upload/download files
The operation for thisplayer is just likeother USB storage device,you can copy fileto related
file folder, orto rename it forthe sake of betterunderstanding of song titleduring playing or
recording.

it to the removabledevice folder (mp3 player).The saved files willplay according to their

Remarks: During the processof uploading/downloading files, WRITE/RD will be shown
on the screen. Ifyou unplug the cableat this time, itmay cause errors tothe files.

Disconnection with computer
Right click Plug and play icon then select Safe to delete to disconnect.
Note: Do not unplug themachine with
computer with the file isread/written/deleted.

Formatting
Right click the removable disk icon then select FAT mode to format. Themachine may not beable to
play music if FAT32 or NTFS mode selected. To recover, pleaseformat the machine againas FAT
mode.
